Summary: Everyone knows that a shark will often bite whatever gets its attention just to make sure if it's a worthy catch or not. Most of the time, the bite is where it ends. Not on this island. Once you're bitten, it's game over...
History: Puerto Rico is in big trouble. The ocean toxicity levels are skyrocketing, and no one can figure out why. As it turns out, the culprit is a monstrous mutant shark spreading toxins everywhere with its mere presence. Even worse, those who survive with a bite end up turning into ravenous cannibalistic zombies. So it's either a brutal mauling or an undead nightmare that you have to look forward to.

Final Fate: The undead are led into the shark's path, and it proceeds to devour them all. And it is in turn taken out when someone shoots a flare into its mouth. It breaches, its toxic liquids ignite the flare, and the beast blows up. But at least one infected is still there...
Powers/Abilities: This shark has a horn-like protrusion on its head that acts as a nozzle that sprays an insanely poisonous chemical that liquifies in the air and spreads like a gas in water. Also, if it bites someone, that person will gradually degrade mentally, and develop a taste for flesh.
Weakness: Anything conventional.
Scariness Factor: 3.5-Credit where it's due, this is a very hideous and terrifying concept for a killer shark. It's uncanny and ragged appearance befits a creature that can turn the sea into a vat of poison. Also, it’s patient zero for a zombie outbreak that could happen at any moment. Sadly, any more potential is squashed by awful CGI, inconsistent size, and the fact that its undead spawn were fairly easy to kill.
Trivia: -The only fish with a poisonous bite is the tiny fang-tooth blenny. Yes, this unassuming fish can deliver a bite full of venom not dissimilar to opioid.
-Almost all other poisonous fish deliver their venom through spines. This includes ones like the lionfish and the stonefish. Of course, none of them are even close to being big enough to eat humans. But they can still kill them.
